Our Suppliers
At Servesmiths we take pride in curating a diverse and exciting selection of beverages and treats to enhance your overall experience. Our commitment to quality extends to our suppliers, each carefully chosen to bring you the finest flavours from around the globe.
Assembly Coffee
At the heart of the pantry is coffee from Assembly Coffee, a Brixton-based, B Corp certified roastery known for sourcing distinctive, high-quality beans and roasting them with genuine care. It's the blend behind our house espresso, and we love that it comes from fellow South Londoners just up the road.
Irene's
All our pastries come from Irene's, a family-run artisan bakery founded in Camberwell in the summer of 2021 by a family originally from Kazakhstan. The bakery is named after the owner's own mother, in tribute to her warmth and generosity. We're the only place in the borough that stocks their pastries, and firm favourites include the Earl Grey and honey bun, the white chocolate and pistachio croissant, and the aubergine and feta Danish.
Good & Proper Tea
Good & Proper source single-origin teas from growing regions across the world, each one chosen specifically to reflect the true character of where it comes from. The company holds certified B Corp status, reflecting a genuine commitment to social and environmental standards, and every tea bag they use is fully biodegradable, avoiding the plastic found in many mainstream brands.
Prana Chai
Prana Chai is made entirely by hand, using whole spices sourced from around the world rather than pre-ground powders or concentrates. There's no machinery involved in the blending process, and nothing artificial goes in either, meaning no additives and no preservatives at any stage, just carefully balanced whole spices doing all the work in every batch.
Mörk Hot Chocolate
Mörk occupies a space somewhere between a specialty coffee roaster and a fine chocolatier, and it shows in how they work. They use only pure cacao liquor and premium cocoa powder, nothing diluted or bulked out, and everything is produced in small, carefully controlled batches rather than mass-produced, keeping quality consistently high throughout.
Matcha and Beyond
The founder of Matcha and Beyond sources the matcha directly from growers in Uji and Kagoshima, giving an unusually close, direct link to where it's actually grown. The company is a member of both 1% for the Planet and the European Specialty Tea Association, reflecting a broader commitment to sustainability and quality standards that runs right through the business.
(un)ordinary Oats Milk
Our oat milk comes from (un)ordinary, a British, independent company founded by farmers, with traceability built into everything they do. It's made entirely from British-grown oats and processed in the UK, with no concentrate, added sugar or sweeteners, just a touch of rapeseed oil for creaminess, and it's gluten-free. Designed specifically with coffee in mind, it gives a smooth microfoam ideal for latte art, and choosing it means backing British farming over imported alternatives.
Daily Dose
Daily Dose make their juices from surplus and wonky produce rescued from British farms, tackling food waste at the source rather than relying on cosmetically perfect fruit and veg. Any pulp left over from pressing doesn't go to waste either, it's converted into biogas and bio-fertiliser instead of being thrown away, meaning very little from the process ends up discarded, right through from farm to bottle.
MOMO Kombucha
Every batch of MOMO's kombucha is fermented the old-fashioned way, in small glass jars, and left unfiltered to preserve a deeper, more complex flavour. Nothing but organic ingredients goes into the brew. The company recently relocated to Herne Hill, returning them to their south east London roots. MOMO also gives 1% of its revenue to charity.
Belu Water
Belu is a British natural mineral water with genuine purpose behind it, aiming to reshape how people think about water as a product. The company channels 100% of its net profits into WaterAid, and the water itself is drawn from a protected spring in mid-Wales, bottled at source. Packaging is either recycled rPET plastic or recycled, light-weighted glass, and Belu's support has already funded clean water projects reaching over 390,000 people worldwide.
LemonAid
LemonAid is a soft drink built around genuine social purpose, made from organic, Fairtrade certified ingredients throughout. As a social enterprise, the company deliberately pays above-market prices for its raw materials, and rather than relying only on certification, the team visit growing regions in person each year to build direct relationships with farmers. Five pence from every bottle goes to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, which has raised over £7 million for community projects.
